and uses these funds to purchase primarily real estate in accordance with its statute. The group of properties creates a&nbsp;so-called real estate portfolio, which is diversified in several ways. The property mix consists of residential and non-residential premises intended for lease. These funds are primarily invested in physical real estate owned by the fund, which is typically leased. Properties are insured (natural disasters and third-party liability). You only need 500 CZK to start investing. You can invest as a&nbsp;lump sum, regularly, or irregularly. Your money is available to you\u2014you can submit a&nbsp;request for the redemption of investment units at any time. This request is settled no later than within 30 business days, usually within 15 days (with exceptions specified by the fund&#8217;s&nbsp;statute). If you are a&nbsp;natural person, your yield is not subject to taxation if one of the following conditions is met: A. upon redemption of securities in a&nbsp;given year (including investment units) in a&nbsp;volume of up to 100,000 CZK, B. upon redemption of securities in a&nbsp;given year (including investment units) in a&nbsp;volume of 100,001 CZK or more, if these funds were invested for a&nbsp;period of 36 months or more. Signing the agreement legally and technically enables you to invest, but it does not commit you to an immediate transfer of money\u2014you can do that anytime after signing the agreement. You transfer money to the Realita fund account (626111626\/0300) via a&nbsp;payment order (one-time or standing) and enter a&nbsp;six-digit number as the variable symbol. Through redemption, you can sell any number of investment units (all or just a&nbsp;portion). The fund&#8217;s&nbsp;assets will decrease by the amount of the redeemed units.
