How can I start investing in the Realita fund?
The Realita fund is an alternative to savings accounts or term deposits. It’ a better way to grow your money conservatively, i.e. with a low level of risk. You can open it online or over the phone with our help.
What is the difference between an investment in the Realita fund and a savings account/term deposit in a bank?
Unlike a savings account or term deposit, the Realita fund is an investment product. As a result, appreciation is generally higher than interest in banks, but with an associated investment risk.
How long is the investment negotiated for?
You are signing up for an indefinite period of time. The recommended investment horizon is 5 years.
How will the Realita fund appreciate my money?
The Realita Fund increases the value of the invested money thanks to its real estate portfolio. In contrast ‘money in savings accounts earns interest thanks to loans provided by the bank.
Do I have to invest in the Realita fund regularly?
You can send as much money as you want to the Realita fund at any time. However, the minimum amount is CZK 500. The recommended investment horizon is 5 years.
How much will it cost me to invest in the Realita fund with fees?
The entry fee is 3% of the invested amount. Investment through the Realita fund is associated with management fees, which are reflected in the investment return.
Do I have constant access to my invested funds?
Through My ATRIS you have continuous access to your invested money. If you want the money back, we will transfer it to your current account within 30 business days. Please note that transfers before one year are subject to an exit fee.
Can I invest in the Realita fund for my children and grandchildren?
A contract can be established for children or grandchildren by their legal representative.
Is the income in the Realita fund subject to taxation in the same way as in a savings account?
After three years, the yield from the Realita fund is exempt from income tax, unlike a savings account, where interest is taxed automatically.
